ASUS Fonepad 7 and Memopad 8 Android tablets launched in India

The Taiwanese brand  ASUS has launched two new Android tablets in India.The company have released new model namely ASUS  Fonepad 7 and Memopad 8 in India.The ASUS Fonepad 7 and Memopad 8 both runs with Android 4.4 KitKat with ASUS’ ZenUI on top, and come with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and 3G.

ASUS Fonepad 7 Specifications

The ASUS Fonepad 7 (FE1716G) comes with dual-SIM slots for voice calling.The Tablet comes with 7-inch LED backlight IPS display with a resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels and supports microSD cards up to 64GB in size for further memory expansion. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Intel Clover Trail+ Z2520 processor. The Asus Fonepad sports an 8MP autofocus rear shooter has featured by PixelMaster technology and a 2MP selfie shooter. It is available exclusively on Flipkart in India for the price of RS 10,999.

Asus Memopad 8 Specifications

ASUS Fonepad 7 and Memopad 8 Android tablets launched in India

The Memopad 8 (ME581CL) comes with 4G LTE AND 3G for data connectivity, but ASUS didn’t say about that the device offer voice calling.It features with 8-inch LED backlight IPS display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. It has Corning Gorilla Glass and an anti-fingerprint coating for protection and supports stylus input.The tablet is configured with 1.83GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3560 processor, aided with an IMG PowerVR Series 6 G6430 GPU. It comes with a 5MP autofocus rear camera and a 1.2MP selfie shooter.ASUS is offering 5GB free lifetime cloud storage space with an additional 11GB for the first year with the MeMO Pad 8.The Memopad 8 is available exclusive on Flipkart in India for  RS 19999.

The Asus Fonepad 7 is available in black and white colors.The Memopad 8 is available in metallic blue, pink and pearl white hues. Both these tablets will be exclusively available at Flipkart.
