Asus Zenfone 3 Laser Review
Design
As always let’s start with the design of the phone. The Asus comes with the Unibody metallic design which looks and feels premium in hand. Talking about the placements, the Zenfone 3 Laser has the volume button and the power key on the right while the SIM tray is placed on the right.
The 3.5mm headphone jack is placed on the top as usual and Microphone, Micro USB port, and the speaker is found on the bottom. To the rear side, the camera module is placed which is surrounded by dual LED Flash and a Laser Auto Focus. The Fingerprint scanner is found just below the camera and it is weirdly shaped but works absolutely fine though.
Display
The Asus Zenfone 3 Laser comes with 5.5 inches display at 1920 x 1080 Pixels resolution. It has 2.5D Contoured Glass with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The viewing angle is good enough and there is no difficulty in using the phone in direct sunlight.

Performance
The Asus Zenfone 3 is powered by the 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Octa Core Snapdragon 430 processor and 4GB RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage and can be expanded up to 128GB using a Micro SD Card. The phone performance quite well in regular usage and also manages to handle intense usage as well. The phone comes with the dual SIM support and has good call quality and the cellular reception as well.
The Zenfone 3 Laser runs on the Android 6.0 with Asus ZenUI 3.0 on the top. The OS is not so clean and it does not make it snappy as well. The ZenUI comes with a lot of inbuilt features which are handy at times.
Camera
This is the department where the Zenfone 3 Laser takes the lead. The phone comes with 8MP front-facing selfie camera which does its job perfect. The 13MP rear camera which is supported by the Laser Auto Focus does a good job as well. The output image looks quite natural with perfect color reproduction. The focus on to the subject was quick which makes you capture the perfect images. The rear camera is capable of recording 1080p videos as well.
Battery
The Zenfone 3 Laser 3000 mAh battery which is non removable. The battery manages to last for one whole day even on a heavy usage. The phone does not have the fast charging features but it manages to charge in decent speed. Wish the Asus Zenfone 4 series comes with the fast charging feature.
