Celkon has launched its first Windows Smartphone named Celkon Win 400.The Celkon Win 400 with Windows 8.1 launched for Rs.4999 in India.This is the second cheapest windows phone running windows 8.1.The Celkon has made an exclusive deal with Snapdeal for Celkon Win 400  sales.You can but this cheapest windows phone at Snapdeal for Rupees 4,999 in India.

The Celkon Win 400 comes with 4-inch display with 800 x 400 pixels resolution.The phone is electrified by 1.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor and 512MB RAM.It also has Adreno 302 GPU to support the CPU for smoother gaming performance.The Celkon Win 400 runs on the latest version of Windows 8.1.It has 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and 1.3 MP front facing camera.
