The quality of glass is good.It could withstand some minor drops, but it doesn’t have any Corning Gorilla Glass.I would recommend you to install Tempered Glass.

Thanks for this information. I have currently Sony ericsson which has phone memory of 512 MB as per spec if I correctly understand. When I check it on the mobile it says phone memory of 420 MB in which apps have occupied 340 MB.
I have installed very basic app such as watsapp, google map, gmail , my bank app, fb etc which can’t be moved to SD card. it gives me issues all the time when I have to install a new app or upgrade the above app as memory is low.

I think Lenovo A6000 is more than enough for a moderate use. If you need high performance then you can wait for Redmi 2S.But still Xiaomi haven’t revealed what they are going to launch next in India.

Now it’s working fine.

I bought this recently and encounter the following problems:
a) My Whatsapp Validation fails even when my 3G network shows as H+. It tries validating for a considerable amount of time and then fails suggesting a reboot. Numerous reboots, change in SIM’s and the result is still the same.
b) I have been trying to import messages from my previous android phone which happens to be a .db file. This file was copied to the Internal ROM of the Lenovo A6000 and then the Import option is used. The file is visible and the Import function seems to work, but the messages never appear in the Inbox.

I bought this phone yesterday and within 2 hours it started heating @40 degree. The customer care of flip-kart said to arrange call today from product team which will try to resolve this issue, I got a blank call, nobody was speaking and I disconnected the phone. When I called customer care again today for finding out why I did not get any call they told I disconnected the call from flip-kart. I don’t understand, what a ideal person would do if he gets a call and nobody speaks for first 30-35 seconds, they told me to call back again in 24 hours, keeping my finger crossed that I would talk to right person. Today I finally got a call again got disconnected, I have to call customer care again, and this time they asked me to trouble shoot the phone. I have reset the phone as per customer care, while I was talking to him in first 5-6 minutes, the phone heats up to 39 degree with factory setting only. Even they are saying we cannot replace this as the temp is under 45 degree, They asked me to visit Lenovo customer care. I am extremely unhappy the way these guys are talking. If you take a new phone and can’t even talk, as the temp on the phone will go to 38-39 within few minutes the body literally heats like you are going to get sunstroke, then what is the meaning of phone.
Just replace the mobile saying you got the defective product.

No, you can’t replace after 1 month but you can take it to your nearest service centers.

When I play songs on my Lenovo a6000 , on any music player , and open other apps and start using them , the song stops playing by itself. I don’t set any timer , I even lock the music player in the running processes so that it won’t end when I free the phone’s ram . Even then the song stops playing . It’s very frustrating . first install the App and open it. Now download the file for sometime(like 1 or 2 MB). Now go to Android>OBB you will find the new folder is created. Place your file inside it and open the game again.
