Regarding the partnership with Uber, Anirban S Mukherjee, Business Head, JioMoney stated “Jio aims to bring the benefits of evolving digital technologies to every Indian through an entire ecosystem that will allow Indians to live Digital Life to the fullest. JioMoney is an integral part of the Jio ecosystem and is fast emerging as a preferred option for digital transactions due to its ease of use, intuitive interface, and growing acceptability. Starting today, JioMoney payment option will be rolled out to the Uber App gradually all across the country. Also, the Jio Money users will able to request for the Uber cab and pay the amount right from the Jio Money App. To promote their partnership, both Jio and Uber has decided to provide a discount on their rides which was taken using Jio Money. The coupon codes will be available to the user on the Jio Money App.

What’s your take on this partnership?  Will you use Jio Money to pay the Uber service also do you think will this affect the Paytm? I will personally start using Jio Money if they provide good offers and valuable customer service.
