Today Oppo has announced his world’s Slimmest Smartphones that is Oppo R5.The Oppo R5 is 4.85mm thick and thus taking down the Gionee Elife S5.1 which is 5.15mm thick.The mobile has a good metallic finish ensure the better grip.Below are the specification and pricing details of Oppo R5.

The Oppo R5 world’s Slimmest smartphone comes with 5.2 inches screen with 1080p HD resolution.The display is Super AMOLED with 423 pixels per inches.The phone is powered with 64 bit Snapdragon 615 Octa core processor and 1GB of RAM.The internal storage of Oppo R5 is 16 GB and about 12GB would be user available.Sadly the mobile does not support any Micro SD card for expandable memory option but still you can connect OTG cable to Oppo R5.
The rear camera of Oppo R5 world’s slimmest smartphone is 13 MP which could record 1080p videos.The front camera of the mobile is 5MP with f/2.0 aperture.Apart from this the Oppo R5 runs on Android KitKat 4.4 out of the box and would get Android L update.The battery of the mobile is 2000 mAh and it weight 155 g.
