Tecno a new smartphone brand in India launched the Tecno Camon I today in India. One of the special features of the Tecno Camon I is that it offers the 18:9 full view display at Rupees 8,999. Considering the price and the specifications the Tecno Camon I will compete directly with the Xiaomi Redmi 5A and the Redmi 4.
The Tecno Camon I sports 5.6-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ration and protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has 2.5D Curved edges. The phone is powered by the 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor and Mali-T760 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage and has expandable microSD card slot.
In terms of camera, the Camon I comes with 13Mp front and rear camera and sports LED Flash on both front and rear side. Some of the connectivity options are 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, OTG, dual-SIM support and micro USB port. The Tecno Camon I packs 3050mAh battery, runs on Android N 7.0 and sports fingerprint scanner on the rear side of the phone. Some of the color options available are Champagne Gold, Midnight Black and City Blue color and the phone can be bought in the offline stores across India.
