Xiaomi has been teasing about the new Flagship Smartphone launch for past couple of weeks in India. Today at the launch event in Delhi, the company have launched the Xiaomi Mi A1, an Android One Smartphone. “Created By Xiaomi, powered by Google” is their new tagline for the Android One Smartphone. Xiaomi Mi A1 Specifications
The Smartphone packs 5.5-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The device is 7mm thick and weighs 168g. The phone has the Fingerprint scanner on the back and comes in Black, Rose gold and Gold color variant. The Mi A1 uses the Dual graphite sheet to reduce the phone temperature.
The main selling point of the Mi A1 is its dual rear camera. The phone has 12MP 50 mm telephoto lens and 12MP 26 mm wide-angle lens. With this dual setup, the camera is capable of delivering bokeh effect. The phone is powered by the 2.0 GHz Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 and 4GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it has 64GB and sports Type-C port. It also has IR blaster to use the Mi A1 as the universal remote.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 sports 3080 mAh battery with fast charger inside the box. This the Android One Smartphone powered by Google. It is really good to see Android One Smartphone after a long gap. The company claims that Xiaomi Mi A1 will get Android O update soon and promised to receive Android P update as well.
It is the dual Hybrid SIM Smartphone.The Xiaomi Mi A1 is priced at Rupees 14,999 and will be exclusively available via Flipkart and Mi.com from Sep 12th, 2017 at 12 PM. The phone will be also available in Mi Homes and Mi partnered offline stores.
