I checked the SKYPE site and found one “User’s remark” on 21st Dec : “The other person is not able to see me in video call through front camera … I checked in other apps and its working. …”
That means the SKYPE software has developed a bug …!!!

Can I work on cross platform – i.e. I am on “Viber” and other party is on “Skype”. Will that work ??
No cross platform wont work. Please check that you have enabled the video option in skype. There will be a small video symbol while you are on the call. You can also try Google hangout to make video calls
I send my mi4 to service center because of sound problem , when i receive the phone sound is working but rare camera going blur, could you please tell me how to fix. ?
Wipe the camera with clean cloth. there might me some dust in the lens.
